Hi, I’m Serena! 

My passion for dogs led me into the pet care industry, where I began my journey working with animals before advancing into professional grooming. What started as a love for caring for pets quickly grew into a career that I truly enjoy. With 5 years of experience, I am dedicated to helping every dog look and feel their best while creating a positive, comfortable grooming experience. I take pride in building trust with both pets and their owners and tailoring each groom to the individual dog’s needs.

I have a special interest in curly coated breeds and enjoy continuously expanding my skills and knowledge within the grooming industry, including hand stripping and pet first aid. One of my favourite parts of the job is working with puppies, although I love getting to know dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities. My goal is to provide exceptional care, beautiful grooming results, and a salon experience that leaves every pet feeling happy, confident, and refreshed.
