Hi, I’m Aili!
I’ve been part of the Fur Family for the past year, helping create a fun, welcoming experience for pets and their humans. My love for animals started when I was young, spending my time pet sitting and dog walking for neighbours. Ever since, I’ve never met a furry friend I didn’t want to say hello to!
My favourite part of the job is getting to know each pet’s unique personality and helping them feel comfortable during their visit. There’s nothing better than watching a nervous pet gain confidence, seeing their progress over time, and celebrating those little wins with their families. I also love building relationships with our wonderful pet parents and being part of their pet’s journey.
When I’m not at work, you’ll usually find me exploring hiking trails with my dog or relaxing at home with my three Sphynx cats, who definitely keep life interesting!
